Promotional Codes

  • Only one promotional offer may be applied per booking.

  • Promotional codes must be applied at the time of booking.

  • Discounts are on base hotel prices only (excluding taxes/fees).

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be settled by arbitration in Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in Mumbai courts.

Domestic & International Flight Tickets

Airline Terms and Conditions

  • All flight bookings are governed by the respective airline’s policies.

  • Fusion Holidayz acts only as a booking intermediary; the contract lies between you and the airline.

  • Airlines may alter routes, schedules, or cancel flights. Fusion Holidayz is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses due to such changes.

  • Fare rules (baggage, refund, modification) vary and must be reviewed at booking.

Baggage Allowance

  • Airline-defined policies apply. Some fares may be “hand baggage only.”

  • Contact the airline directly for detailed baggage terms.

Code-Share Flights

  • Some flights are operated under code-share agreements and will be marked “operated by” during booking.

Pricing and Payment

  • Fare includes base price, taxes, and a convenience fee.

  • Full payment is required before booking is confirmed.

  • For infants (under 24 months), separate bookings may be required if the child turns 2 during the trip.

Travel Documents

  • Users must carry valid ID, passport, visa, or transit permits.

  • Fusion Holidayz is not liable for denied boarding due to documentation issues.

Check-In Guidelines

  • Domestic: Check-in starts 2 hours before departure.

  • International: 3 hours before departure.

Use of Flight Segments

Skipping any segment (e.g., not boarding the first leg) may result in cancellation of remaining segments. The Company is not liable for this.

Modifications to Bookings

  • Changes may incur fees from both the airline and Fusion Holidayz.

  • Users must pay any fare difference and penalties.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds follow airline fare rules.

  • The convenience fee is non-refundable.

  • Refunds go to the original mode of payment.

  • Inform the Company if canceling directly through the airline.

Domestic & International Hotels

Role of Fusion Holidayz & Liability

  • Fusion Holidayz is a facilitator for hotel bookings.

  • Hotel details are provided by the property owner. Discrepancies must be resolved with the hotel directly.

Booking Conditions

  • Confirmations are based on hotel availability.

  • If a confirmed booking cannot be honored, the Company may offer an alternative or refund.

  • Check-in policies (e.g., local ID restrictions) are hotel-specific.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused.

  • Minimum age for primary guest: 18 years.

  • Valid ID and address proof must be presented.

Hotel Charges

  • Only specified meals (e.g., breakfast) are included.

  • Additional services must be paid for directly to the hotel.

  • Some hotels may impose mandatory festive surcharges.

Payments and Billing

  • Prepaid: Full amount paid at booking.

  • Pay at Hotel: Subject to hotel policy.

  • Currency options depend on platform support.

  • Security deposits may be requested by the hotel.

Sightseeings / Transfers

Definitions & Supplier Role

  • Sightseeing and transfer services are offered by third-party Suppliers.

  • Fusion Holidayz is a booking facilitator only.

Bookings & Service Usage

  • Subject to availability and Supplier terms.

  • Users must comply with all Supplier requirements (e.g., age, fitness).

Liability Disclaimer

Fusion Holidayz is not responsible for:

  • Injuries, losses, delays, or cancellations.

  • Accuracy of third-party information.

  • Any damages beyond the amount paid by the user.

User Responsibilities

  • Present valid booking confirmation.

  • Provide accurate personal details.

  • Meet all eligibility criteria.

  • Arrive on time for the experience.

  • Follow Supplier terms and safety protocols.

Payments, Modifications & Cancellations

  • Governed by Supplier policies.

  • Modifications or cancellations must be done via Fusion Holidayz.

  • Refunds depend on Supplier approval and payment release.
